Our work together begins with a comprehensive one-hour initial session. During this time, we'll delve into your personal values and vision for well-being. We'll explore what optimal health truly looks and feels like for you, establishing the clear destination we'll be working towards. To understand your starting point, we'll take a comprehensive look at where you currently stand across nine key aspects of health, covering areas like nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and more, allowing us to gain a holistic picture of your well-being and identify areas of focus.
