Unfortunately most insurances don't cover health coaching at this time.  Most companies do allow you to use FSA or HRA funds however.


Yes.  I take confidentiality and security seriously. I have signed the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Google Workspace, which includes Meet, which when signed, allows for the secure transmission and storage of  Protected Health Information (PHI).


The length of a coaching program depends on the individual and their goals. There are several packages to choose from which covers a range of needs and budgets.  You can choose the right one for you.
